Light purple-pink hue, with a smoky reductive aroma, slightly poohy at first pour, then rich and softly-textured, dry and flavoursome on the tongue. A delicious wine, complex and lingering. Turkish Delight and quince paste. The palate is where it all happens, and it’s a glorious drink. DRINK 2020–2026’ Rating: 95 Points (tasted twice).
