Serious rose. Provence meets Langhe, and the combination, unique as far as I know, works. Medium bodied, sleek and satiny texture, rhubarb cherry, raspberry and a touch of blueberry. A blend of 55% Pinot Noir and 45% Shiraz this is a fresh, bright Spring and Summer rose with texture and savouriness. Whole bunch pressed into old oak for 6 months. Wild ferment, wild malo and bottling without fining or filtration.
