The Coeur Clementine is a super pure, crunchy, flawlessly balanced Rosé. Laden with preserved citrus rind, redcurrant, and rose petal aromas and flavours. There’s a pulpy, generous texture along with a racy, pithy freshness from whoa to go. Finishes dry and super refreshing, with a twist of white pepper and some gentle grip as well. Genuine depth and interest. A wine to remind us why this part of the world is so renowned for its Rosés!
A blend of Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah and the rare Tibouren grape (an indigenous Provençal variety said to bring aromas of garrigue, the herby scrub of southern France). Organically grown grapes from chalky-clay parcels in the heart of the Côtes de Provence. Jean-Christophe Audéoud looks after the winemaking, which uses the traditional direct press method and maturation in both concrete and stainless steel. The wine is made at the 93 year old Cellier Saint Sidoine in Puget-Ville.
