Adelina’s rose is an earthy, complex and food-friendly rosé that will be gone in a heartbeat. Only 828 bottles produced. Small batch, super-savoury Rosato is a blend of Dolcetto and Barbera taken from the Bowe-Lees-Loveys Vineyard at Woodside. 100% hand-picked, all the fruit was de-stemmed and crushed directly into a concrete fermenter. Three barriques worth of juice was bled off after 30 hours, then naturally fermented for six months before a light filtration and bottling.
