62% grenache (58yo vines), 25% shiraz (10yo vines), 13% mourvèdre (11yo vines). Hand-picked, mostly Moppa with 23% Greenock. Wild-yeast fermented initially; no whole bunches. Aged 14 months in seasoned French oak puncheons. Unfined and unfiltered; 610 dozen. Complex, complete and crafted. Old vines bring a distinctly savoury edge to grenache, amplified by mourvèdre playing a stronger role than its representation suggests.
