Sourced from Sinapius’ newest high-density block planted to 7 clones of Pinot Noir planted on ironstone-rich, silty duplex soils. Natural fermentation, 100% whole berry and matured in French oak barriques for 18 months. Bottled in November 2018, unfined and unfiltered.
Red/magenta in colour, intermingling wild raspberries, blackberries, red cherry and blueberries on the nose, with cured meats, sage and minerals. The palate is round and silky with red forest fruits, bouquet garni and a very long finish.
