100% Pinot Noir from the Coal River Valley and East Coast of Tasmania. Hand-picked, with 15% whole bunches and the remainder destemmed to traditional open top fermenter. Minimal pumpovers for subtle tannin extraction. Pressed just before dryness for seven months maturation on fine lees in seasoned French oak barriques. Total production 1578 bottles. Alcohol 13.5%.
