The grapes for the Jean Stodden Spatburgunder Recher are entirely sourced from the Herrenberg GG site. The hand-picked, strictly selected fruit is fermented in temperature-controlled conditions for 18 days without stalks. The malolactic fermentation takes place during storage (17 months) in new and used barriques. Unfiltered.
