Same winemaking as the Scary Gully Pinot Noir, with 20% whole bunches and 15% new oak. Elemental, angular and slippery, a totally different expression. Gorgeous aromatics of sweet and tangy red fruits, boysenberry, Five Spice, clove and fennel. A very Adelaide Hills expression. Medium bodied, lifted, with lovely tangy tones, the acidity a greater feature, the tannins less so. Super vibrant, and long, the finish driven by those tangly red fruits and baking spices.
