Stunning, and as with all of the Chacra wine’s, immensely complex. Rose, geranium, raspberry and strawberry. Power and elegance, threaded together. Creme de cassis, red fruits, blueberry, kirsch and clove. Very fine, with melting tannins that tighten towards the close, suggesting a very long life ahead. Certainly one of the best Pinot’s Iv’e had, anytime, from anywhere, in my life. Waters Wine Co.
Extremely perfumed and beautiful with ripe strawberries and citrus fruit, as well as aromatic flowers. Full-bodied with plenty of fruit and creamy, chewy tannins that are polished and very impressive. Long and linear. One of the best of this bottling. Drink after 2023, but already a gorgeous bottle. 98 points – James Suckling.com
