Piero Busso Barbaresco San Stunet 2018

Traditional Barbaresco, vivid and complex with flavour and textural nuances you just wont find in more modern renditions. Perfumed, dried flowers, red fruits, blueberry, sous bois and tar.  Full bodied, extremely elegant and coats all surfaces of the mouth. Clove, pink pepper and cinnamon cut through the silken texture, becoming chalkier and more mineral further along the palate. Terrific acid cut, threaded nicely, lifting the overall impression. Haunting, with that rare indefinable light and shade of Nebbiolo that’s becoming rare. Waters Wine Co
