Remarkably complex nose of yellow fruits, mango, starfruit, lime marmalade, peach and pear. Truthfully, this is very hard to describe, due to the level of complexity and detail, but I’ll try! Luscious and piquant, with ripe tropical fruits, cut through with citrus, cherry, honey and a faint dusting of herbs. Refined and detailed, the sweetness is cut through by the most precise acidity, lending real structure to a wine that is as elegant as it is powerful. Very much a wine of Feng Shui, and I cannot imagine anyone not loving this. Incredible value for money and wears it’s enormous aging potential as casual as you like. Waters Wine Co
