Scarborough Late Harvest Semillon 2016

The sweetest member of the Scarborough family, this is a Late Harvest wine made with Semillon offering up richly decadent citrus fruit flavours. There’s always space for a sticky, whether at the beginning or the end of a meal and this is perfect as an aperitif with pate and cheese or as a digestif with a fruit laden pavlova. Unashamedly textural, exhibiting aromas of fig and bright citrus, this wine is marvellously balanced between fruit sweetness and driving acids.
