Moss Wood Ribbon Vale Botrytis Semillon 2018 (375ml)

100% semillon, hand picked, whole-bunch pressed, only made in some years. Matured for 18 months in seasoned French oak. The fruit has piercing intensity of flavour on the tongue; ginger spice, Italian mountain herbs, white pepper, stone fruit, apple and pear blossom, crunchy sea salt flakes and something else dry and salty in there … dried kelp perhaps.
