A little something special, produced in a year of abundance and borrowing strongly from Lucas Alsatian heritage. Extremely late harvested, moderately botrytis affected fruit. Gewurz from the 100 hunts road vineyard; Gris from the Tussie Mussie vineyard. Pressed using an extended cycle to tank, settled, racked and left to ferment wild in a single old 300L French Hogshead. Fermentation was allowed to finish naturally, filtered wine. Winemaker’s Notes
